Dept of Justice scorecard.

Mark Kenney attorney for DOJ Region 3 states for years no crimes are committed in eToys.
.
Then proof is found in court docket records as HAAS's own counsel Henry Heiman emails threat to HAAS to "back off".
.
Then Asst US Trustee Frank Perch seeks to Disgorge TBF for $1.6 million.
.
Then Mark Kenney says no and states that of the $14 million rec'd by fraud and 34 acts of confessed false affidavits, TBF will only pay $750,000 (WSJ article on such www.wjfa.net/bk/etoys.html )

Mark Kenney also gives implied blanket immunity to TBF (and apparently MNAT or Barry Gold)

Then TBF, MNAT and Barry Gold do another $100 million in fraud and the DOJ has the Court strike and expunge HAAS including his Court approved CLI claim for $3 million.
.
Then HAAS appeals and the Court issues a 57 page Opinion stating, despite the confessions to 34 acts of perjury, that no perjury had been documented.

Colm F Connolly is now discovered to have been a partner with the MNAT law firm in 2001, when the fraud and perjury began. (for all we know he even worked on the case).

So we report the fraud and perjury to the California US Attorney Tom O'Brien, who subsequently disbands the Public Corruption and Fraud Task Force

Asst US Trustee Frank Perch sought to disgorge TBF for $1.6 million and has since resigned.

Debra Yang of the Pres Bush Corp Fraud Task Force did forward the issues to Delaware and then Resigned.

The Director of the DOJ EOUST office in Washington DC did promise to remedy the issue by direct email to HAAS and then resigned when the other $100 million in fraud was discovered.

Before his resignation, Director Lawrence Friedman replaced Roberta DeAngelis as DOJ Trustee of Region 3

After Lawrence Friedman resigned Roberta DeAngelis was quietly promoted to Acting General Counsel of the EOUST office in Washington DC.

Now Roberta DeAngelis is in charge of what cases are assigned for prosecution, including her own case of eToys.
.
Roberta DeAngelis, Mark Kenney and Andrew Vara of the Dept of Justice are all appellee's with MNAT, TBF and Barry Gold seeking that the 3rd Circuit expunge the Appeal in the 3rd Circuit 07-2360.

The US Trustee Administrative action report is noteworthy. Number one, since Lawrence Friedman resigned the system seems to have miracously had no offenders. Redacting the names to protect the guilty should be a crime. Finally, you will notice, never, ever is a US Trustee mentioned. They are all perfect individuals
